Crescent Heights is a 44-bed / 11-unit lodging facility built in a partnership between a local developer and the Maine Medical Center. Built in 2010, the property is LEED certified and provides convenient housing for medical students. In 2018 Maine Street Capital worked together with the developer on refinancing the property and secured competitive long-term financing with a local lender.
